Orders and Payment

Every product and service we offer is custom-designed and made to order, ensuring a unique experience for each customer.

To start processing your order, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due upon the completion of your product or service.

Please note that we do not currently offer credit terms.

 

Delivery Schedule and Timelines

We strive to provide an accurate estimated delivery date for all orders and projects.

However, in rare situations, unforeseen events beyond our control may cause changes to the original schedule. If this occurs, we will keep you informed at every step.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

 

 

If you choose to cancel your order after paying the deposit, please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

In the rare event that a refund is approved due to material or manufacturing defects, it will be processed and issued within 14 days from the date of approval. 

Please also be aware that any modifications or changes requested to your order after production has started may incur additional fees. These fees will be determined based on the extent of the changes and the stage of production, and we will communicate all costs clearly before proceeding.

Wood is a natural material that can split or warp over time when exposed to varying weather conditions.

While most of our products are pressure-treated, and we carefully select materials from our trusted suppliers whenever possible,

defects that occur over time are beyond our control.

To help extend the lifespan of your wood products and minimize potential issues, regular maintenance is essential. Applying a protective sealant, keeping the wood clean, and addressing any signs of wear early can go a long way in preserving its integrity and appearance over the years.
